Finally International variant of HTC One S is now getting Android 4.1.2 update. Launched in February this year, HTC confirmed Jelly Bean For HTC One S in July. After struggling to provide update this long time, they have finally rolled out Android 4.1.1 To HTC One S. The following CIDs appear to be part of the rollout:

A post on XDA has posted a direct link to HTC where one can download the update. Carrier-branded HTC One S smartphones will receive the Jelly Bean upgrade in just a few weeks, so stay tuned for more info on this one.
