After taking over the Billion users from other sites to Facebook, Now, developers are trying to change the forum’s trends by announcing the Room’s app. Earlier, for technical advice users shifts over to the dedicated forums rather than using Facebook’s Brand pages. To end that trend Facebook has initiated Room App where all workings of the forums will be done.

Facebook’s Room App is here with the proper profiles, users sharing, much more and even there’s a Dislike button to improve the rating system in the app. Josh Miller, the co-founder of Branch which was acquired by Facebook in January 2014, is launching Rooms, an iOS app.

Also, it is not tied up with the mainstream social network, Facebook in any terms. You can have different screen name and all other stuff, even you can upload images, videos and write text. If we compare it with any network present now, then it can be Reddit, where we can create subreddits. Similarly here we can make Room about anything.

Further Miller, compared Rooms with WordPress. He said, “Our inspiration is WordPress. It’s mainly as a platform for creating rooms like WordPress is a platform for creating blogs.”

Currently it is available for iOS users only.
