Google Rolls Out Android 4.4.4 Update To Nexus Devices

Google has been rolling out Android 4.4.4 update to Nexus devices via OTA. As per the sources and users new Android 4.4.4 contains some fixes for security vulnerabilities. This update is even smaller than that of the Android 4.4.3 update which was rolled out by Google couple of weeks ago.

Today, it is just another version of the Android OS with some small security features. Is this the indication of the upcoming Android 5.0 which is rumored last week with the teased image from Google’s Twitter handle. The new KTU84P update is available for the Google Nexus 5, Google Nexus 7 (2012 and 2013 models), Google Nexus 10, and Google Nexus 4. Factory Images for the new build are available for the above mentioned devices.

Android 4.4.4 brings a security update that patches an OpenSSL issue. There were also a few small changes to the Chromium web browser and WebView. Check for the update manually if you didn’t received until now or you flash manually by hitting the source link below.
