Google’s Smart Lock By Body Detection Feature Rolling Out To Lollipop Devices

Smart Lock ‘on-body detection‘ is now rolling out to the Android 5.0+ devices. The feature will be able to figure out whether the device is in human contact or is away. Your device will automatically get locked when it is away from human touch.

Basically, feature will be able to detect whether the device is in human hands or is away. Device will remain unlocked when it is in human hands or in human pockets.

Google is quietly rolling this new feature and even some users have received the new feature and they are saying it is working perfectly. You can check whether you have received the update or not then head over to Settings > Security > Smart Lock to see if it’s there, and be sure to hit the comments and tell us how you’re getting on.
