Motorola Mobility psoted reslts of Q1 2012. According to report Motorola Mobility still posted a $121 million (GAAP) operating loss for the quarter. Year Ago it was $89 Million. Revenue was up 3 percent to the tune of $2.2 billion with 8.9 million devices shipped. Of those, 5.1 million were smartphones.

Google and Motorola hope to finalize everything by the end of the the first half of this year. Deal is approved by lawmakers in US and Europe.
