Samsung is developing new powerful Hardware at much fast pace this year. In Mid 2012 Samsung Introduced us with Exynos 4 Quad and Exynos 5 Dual, recently Samsung also unveiled new 64 GB eMMC Using 10 nm Process For Smartphones And Tablets.

THis new big.LITTLE ARM 8 Core Chip will offer the performance of a high-end quad-core ARM-based processor and the power savings of a low-power quad-core ARM chip.

Engadget Explains this new chip as:

A company presentation at the event on February 19th will delve into a new heterogeneous, 8-core processor that relies on ARM’s concept of big.LITTLE computing: one half is a quad-core, 1.8GHz ARM Cortex-A15 that will do all the heavy lifting, while the other is a quad 1.2GHz Cortex-A7 that takes over in quieter moments.

While Samsung is introducing the new processor in February, we probably won’t see it in actual products until later in the year. SO there’s chance that this enw chip might be debuted on Galaxy S IV.
