Samsung wants to break its own records by selling Galaxy Note 8.0 at above mentioned rate. Already Samsung has bagged some top notch awards at Global Mobile Awards. If we compare it with its predecessors than it seems to be not a big bout for Samsung as they already managed to sell 10 million units of the first generation Galaxy Note, As it was launched in October 2011, and gained 10 million units in 11 months. Slightly lower than its Galaxy Note 8.0 target.

Here’s what Digitimes Quoted in their report: “Samsung hopes that shipments for the 8-inch device will surpass the one million mark per month upon its release, noted the sources.”

Well, Galaxy Note 8.0 packs a 8-inch WXGA (1280×800 pixels) TFT display with a 189 ppi pixel density. It is powered 1.6 GHz A9 quad-core processor coupled with 2GB RAM. Currently its running on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean but nothing said about its Android 4.2 update.
