Samsung Galaxy S III And SIII Mini Will Not Taste Kitkat

Its a little awkward news for the International Samsung Galaxy S III and S III Mini Users that Kitkat won;t be coming to their devices. Samsung has not confirmed it officially but a leaked document of the Samsung has revealed the status of update on Kitkat.

Already users were not expecting Kitkat update on International Galaxy S III and S III Mini but there was a hope after Sprint rolled the update for its variant of Galaxy S III. As per the Samsung “the Galaxy S3 and S3 mini 3G versions come equipped with 1GB RAM, which does not allow them to effectively support the platform upgrade.” Further details mentioned how the 1GB of RAM will not “effectively support the platform upgrade while continuing to provide the best consumer experience.”

In another article Sammobile is saying that Samsung is having a bit of trouble implementing its TouchWiz applications, which is stopping the device from loading system apps.

So guys still  you think KitKat will technically run on devices with 512MB of RAM?
