Much rumored and upcoming Galaxy Tab 3 series is again in news as some more rumors have surfaced. Currently we ain’t know that these tabs exist or not because Samsung haven’t spoken anything about them until now. According to some past rumors its believed that Samsung is preparing to launch next Galaxy Tab 3 series, Galaxy tab 3 8.0 and 10.1. Today some new rumors containing image of one tablet and specs of both Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 and 8.0 gets leaked via Greek site Techblog.

First coming on to image which is posted along with specs on source site suggests that Samsung seems to introduce rounded edges in its next series of Galaxy Tabs. As reported above that Galaxy Tab series is rumored to consist two tablets, a 10.1-inch model and an 8-inch version.

The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 will feature Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean and will be powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor and with internal storage space. There are no additional processor details but we suspect this is the Cortex-A15 Exynos 5250 found in the Nexus 10. The device is reported to have 2GB of RAM, which sounds suspiciously low to us. Connectivity options will include Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, standard microUSB port and, depending on the version, HSPA or LTE.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 with the 8 inch display will also apparently feature a 1.5GHz dual core processor but its RAM is lowered to 1 GB. Its battery will be of 4500 mAh only and weighs to be 330g only.

Both will have 8-megapixel rear cameras along with a 1.3-megapixel unit on the front while both displays have a resolution of 1280 x 800.

Both the devices seems to debut in May and both will be available in LTE variants also.
