Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 Receiving Jelly Bean Update

Samsung has started Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean rollout on Samsung galaxy Tab 7.7. Currently update is rolling out in the markets of  SouthEast Asia aka Singapore, Indonesia, Singapore (StarHub), Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines (Globe), Singapore (SingTel), Philippines (Sun), Malaysia and some others.

The update is currently available for Galaxy Tab 7.7  GT-P6800 and it is rolling out Over The Air (OTA) and users can also download it via Kies Software. Some information about update is listed below:

  • PDA: P6800DXMD3
  • CSC: P6800OLBMD3.

Currently official Changelog is not out but as according to sources it will include all features of Android 4.1.2 Jelly bean such as Google Now and Project Butter.

While in other countries its expected that Galaxy Tab 7.7 will receive the update soon. Same thing is followed in the US as carriers there are testing it with the Tablet.
