Samsung Pay receives update ahead of its launch the US

Samsung has rolled out update for its Samsung Pay app with few improvements and bug fixes. Currently, Samsung Pay is under beta testing and lot of improvements have been done which is now getting available to all the beta testers.

It seems Samsung is doing lot of hard work to make he beta version into stable one as soon as possible. Samsung Pay is under testing phases and lot of refinements are added to the app at development facility. The refinements in Samsung pay version 1.3.1716 that are filled in this update are:

  • ‘Simple Pay’ menu, which offers up a selection of ways to launch the payment app quickly.
  • Some visual elements have been updated and now the virtual number of the card that is being used will appear without having to tap into the information screen.
  • An update button in about menu of Settings.
  • Toggle to Swipe functionality on or off from the Lock Screen.

With every update final app is readying for launch in the US on September 28th. Samsung will also bring the service to the UK, Spain and China.
