According to Strategy Analytics Samsung is now top Smartphone Manufacturer in the world. For the first quarter of this year Samsung shipped 44.5 million smartphones. That topped the 35.1 million Apple iPhone units that the Cupertino based firm reported it sold during its fiscal second quarter.
