Famous Angry Birds game hits 50 Million Downloads in 45 Days after 10 Million in 3 Days according to Rovio. “This has been simply amazing, and the whole Rovio team is thrilled to see such a fantastic reception for the game,” the Finnish company wrote on the Angry Birds blog. Angry Birds updated With 15 New Levels

Rovio has released an update for its Angry Birds game. The update is being called Surf and Turf and it Includes addition of 15 New Levels.  As the name implies, you’ll be killing pigs on beach-themed levels just in time for the summer. Angry Birds Animated TV Series Coming Later this Year

Angry Bird Developers at Rovio is thinking to launch Animated TV Series for all Angry Birds fans soon this year. The successful smartphone app will be made into 52 short episodes that will be released on “all possible platforms”.   According to Nick Dorra, head of animation at Rovio, the company will be rolling out a weekly animation series, and Rovio is looking at 52 two to three minute episodes for the series. Android Angry Birds Banged to 10 million Downloads in Just Three Days

Rovio Today Announced via Twitter that their new Angry Birds Space hits 10 million downloads in just three days. Angry Birds Space is the fourth version of the popular mobile slingshot game and the first new game since Rovio introduced Angry Birds Rio in March 2011. Rovio isn’t going to rest on the success of Angry Birds Space like it did with its first games. The company plans on releasing four more Angry Birds games in 2012. Rovio is apparently coding a new Angry Birds game for mobile devices that is expected to go live on March 22.

 Information on Angry Birds Space is scarce at the moment, but we do know one thing is for sure: it’ll be taking place in space. OK, that was a bit obvious.
