Sony Xperia Z and Sony Xperia ZL, a small in size variant of Xperia Z which was launched at CES 2013 in Las Vegas is now coming to Canada soon as confirmed by Sony Canada on their official Canada Twitter Profile. Earlier only Xperia ZL was confirmed:

But later on SOny Xperia Canada added Sony Xperia Z to coming up slot:

The specs of the Xperia ZL include the aforementioned 5-inch full HD Reality display, a quad-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage, microSD support, 13MP rear camera with HDR recording, 2MP front camera, 2,370mAh battery (non-removable), HSPA+/LTE, and Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.
