Here’s more trouble for Korean Manufacturer, Samsung. After Getting words from European Commission in Europe. Today A U.S. International Trade Commission judge is recommending sanctions against Samsung that include an import and sales ban on products found to infringe Apple patents. He also recommended the Korean company post a huge bond worth 88 percent of its U.S. smartphone sales.

However it should be noted that this is merely a recommendation by a judge and it will require approval of the six-member ITC commission, so nothing is set in stone just yet.
