Verizon 4G LTE Rollout Will Finish In Mid 2013

According to Verizon Wireless they will rollout 4G LTE to all areas in US by the mid of 2013. Verizon CEO, Fran Shammo at Conference today rolled out this information, he also added that they going to achieve this mark 6 months ahead of their plan.

According to Fiercewireless, Fran Shammo also ensured about more stable and reliable LTE service. Earlier some outages were occurred. Verizon’s 4G LTE network covers about 250 million people, which is around 80% of the nation’s population. So its estimated that it would hit 260 million mark by the end of this year.

Additionally, At the end of the third quarter, approximately 15 million post-paid customers were using LTE gear, and 35% of Verizon’s network traffic is transiting its LTE network.
