Virgin And Bell HTC One S Receiving Android 4.1 Jelly Bean

HTC One S in most of the parts of the world has already received Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update. But there are some carrier locked versions which haven’t received the update until now.

In Canada, Bell and Virgin locked versions of HTC One S are now receiving Android 4.1 jelly Bean update. News broken by mobile Syrup, says that there’s an internal memo floating around that says the official release date of the upgrade software is February 28 (today is 1 st march). According to short description in the internal memo, HTC one will get “an improved and refined user experience.”

If haven’t received update than you need to manually check it out by heading to Menu > Settings > About device > Software update > Update on your device.

Additionally, HTC One  S is also in list of devices which will get HTC Sense 5.0 soon.
