Finally, Android 4.4 Kitkat Dialer is now available to non Nexus devices which are running on Android 4.4 Kitkat. First of all what’s new in Kitkat Dialer? It comes with a smart caller ID feature that will recognize numbers from companies that may call you, but also include a search feature that works right from inside the dialer.
You can install it by rooting your device as without root it can;t perform searches. So first of all you need to root your Android device running on Android 4.4 Kitkat. Als o keep your old dailer to make calls as only searching option is running.
Further you may need to install third party Nova Launcher.
Finally you can install the third party software on your Phone. We don’t encourage you to sideload any unofficial software on your device, especially if it requires you to also root it. So decision is your’s that how you want to run your device.
