The recently launched POCO F1 received a lot of attention as it deserves, and do the new POCO MIUI skin. Earlier, someone was able to get hold of the unreleased POCO launcher beta which was compatible only on Mi devices. However, Xiaomi has now released the launcher on Google Play Store and the good thing is it’s compatible on all most all devices out there.
The POCO launcher basically different from the Xiaomi’s traditional MIUI launcher. The Chinese firm has kept it more stock-Android like, but with some Mi style tweaks here and there. The POCO launcher allows plenty of customization options and comes with app-drawer. Indeed, it supports custom icon packs, hide-apps and lots of other features without any compromise in fluidity and fast.
Xiaomi device owners can readily install the POCO launcher from Google Play Store. However, for most of the non-Mi devices the Google Play Store should show the launcher as incompatible. But, not to worry as you can sideload the POCO launcher APK to get it work on your device with no issue. By sideloading, we’re able to successfully install the POCO launcher on Samsung and OnePlus devices as a normal third-party app launcher.
