Recently in a event that was held in Paris, Archos has officially announced the 50 Diamond smartphone. The company is known for manufacturing really cheap and low end smart phones, while on the other hand, Archos 50 Diamond raises the bar a bit.

A 16 Megapixel camera on the back, with a LED Flash, and an amazing 8 megapixel camera on the front for taking high resolution selfies. It has a 64 bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset, along with an octa core Cortex A53 processor, 4 of the cores are clocked at about 1.7 GHz, while another 4 are clocked at about 1 GHz.
it has about 2 GB of RAM, and about 16 GB of internal memory, and also there is room for further expansion via SD card. And luckily the device also has $G LTE connectivity. It would be featuring Android 4.4.4 on board. The device is priced at about €199. which makes it a really good deal, looking at the specifications and also the 4G connectivity. The device would hit the shelves only in the early of 2015.
