AT&T Galaxy Note 4 and Note Edge starts getting May’s Security Patch

Samsung is rolling out Android security Patch for the month of May on AT&T Galaxy Note 4 and Note Edge. Earlier in a day Galaxy note 5 starts getting May’s Security Patch on T-mobile network.

Coming to the news, The update comes on Galaxy Note 4 with the software build N910AUCS2EQE1. Whereas on Galaxy Note Edge update comes with the software build number N915AUCS2DQE1. 

It is very small update i.e. it weighs 28.3MB and 25.3MB in size, respectively. So in the update there is not anything more than a security patch. Which includes several bug fixes alongside performance, stability improvements along with the Android security Patches. It’s worth telling you that Security Patches play an important role in eliminating the system vulnerabilities.

As the update is rolling out over the air, So it might take some time to reach each and every unit. Meanwhile you can check it manually by going through the settings>>about phone >>software updates. Moreover, we recommends you that you should charge your phone up to 50% before start installing the update.
