Bank Of America Coming with Android Pay Support to its ATMs Later this Year

Bank of America during the Google I/O 2016 announced the Android Pay Support at their 5000 ATMs by the end of this year. Bank of America says they will first roll out an initial 2,400 ATMs in this month only.

“Consumers are increasingly using their mobile devices to manage their daily lives, and we’re committed to delivering solutions that give them convenient and secure options when it comes to managing their money,” said Moore. “Now in addition to using digital wallets for purchases, customers can use them to get cash at the ATM.”

In this mode of banking, Bank of America customers will be able to hit up cardless ATMs and not only withdraw money using Android Pay, but also check their balance and perform transfers. Although the roll out will be across U.S., but the areas like Silicon Valley and San Francisco Bay will enjoy the most of the service.
