This is a very powerful tool available at Google play which allows once to edit a picture by various aspects like, contrast, light, shadow, brightness, Cropping , Straightening, Red eye effect and many more. Pic say has pre built animations that one can add into pics. Do you need a mustache? yeah just select a suitable mustache and adds layer over your original picture that’s all you need to do. pretty cool software. I myself use this software as it is really responsive and the layout is really cool. It also provides quick sharing buttons for social networks like Facebook, twitter.

The app is available in Free and Paid form. Free App has limited adjustments and effects but the paid App is worth $3.99 which i think is worth for unveiling those restricted features.

This App is not too old for the App store as compared to other editing apps on Google play. This App has got a very Good success on the iOS app store which was the reason for  its recent launch at the play store. This App has also won the Technical Image Press Association’s 2012 Best Mobile Photo App award. This App doesn’t need more recognition for now. Coming on to its features. The main bold feature of this App is its Adorable Interface which makes it hell alot enjoyable than any other app is. The App works on Swipe Gestures from fine tune to contrast all go up with these gestures. The scale for these adjustments goes on from -100 to 100. Being a free app it is the best option available. It has cool Google _ integration o add Pictures directly to Google+ profiles.
One can not play with pictures like we do on PicSay but still its a good pick for in depth editing.
