Casio WSD-F10 was the first rugged outdoor smartwatch launched in January. It boasted military grade(MIL-STD-810G) tough build quality and water resistance built-in. It also boasted of a price you can get decent mid-range phones. Yes, that price tag of $500 would diminish a lot of people’s appetite.
But the watch is now available at its lowest price ever. Amazon is selling the wearable for $249.99. That is half of the launch price. Also, the discount is valid for all colour variants. That is orange, red, green, or black. The sturdy smartwatch has seen multiple price drops in these 6 months. After launch, it came down to $400 then around $300. And now for $249.99.
The watch also runs on Android Wear 2.0. Taking a quick tour of the hardware, the watch has a 1.32 inch 300×320 LCD display, water and shock resistance. Sensors on board the device are plenty including a barometer, altimeter, compass, and accelerometer. The Casio WSD-F10 has a monochrome display mode that can make the battery stretch up to 30 days. Also, the watch lacks a speaker, GPS, NFC and a heart rate sensor. Things you would have expected with the premium price.
