Zenfone Ultra’s Multiple Touchscreen can hold and feel touch from 10 fingers at once as compared to Deluxe which can hold 5 fingers. There’s Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. Both the devices have a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels display with different ppi, first one has 324ppi and second one has 386 ppi. It has inbuilt Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 Processor and Chipset with the support from the Adreno 510 GPU. On the other hand Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe runs Android OS, v6.0.1 (Marshmallow).
