Asus Zenfone 3 vs Xiaomi Redmi Note 3

Asus Zenfone 3 VS Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, these two phones come with great and best features. Asus Zenfone 3 comes in range of Rs. 21,999 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 comes in Rs. 14,999 (223.464 USD) in India. These two phones were released in different years like Zenfone comes in 2016, while second one came in previous year 2015.

General:

Asus Zenfone 3 measures 152.50 x 77.30 x 7.60mm in dimensions and weighs 155.00 grams. On the other hand, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 has little different dimension which are 150.00 x 76.00 x 8.65mm and weighs 164.00 grams from the Asus phone. Both the phones have touch screen form factor. Now judging the best between these two is quite tough, so it is up to users which device they want to buy.xiaomi redmi note 3

Display:

Both the devices have same displays, touch screen and resolution with different ppi. These devices comes with 5.50 inches touchscreen display and same resolution 1080×1920 pixels are present in both of the devices. But these phones have different pixel density, Asus Zenfone 3 has 480ppi as compre to Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 has 403ppi.

If anyone wants a clear pixel density then you can go with Asus Zenfone 3, otherwise, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 is good choice.

Hardware:

Asus Zenfone 3In this section both the phones have very good specs. We can say both the devices offers best specs in its class. Asus Zenfone 3 boasts a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625, 2GHz  octa-core processor whereas Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 has Qualcomm Snapdragon 650, 1.4GHz processor. Asus Zenfone 3 comes with 4GB RAM variants with the 64 GB internal Storage which is expandable up to 128GB by using microSD card. On the other hand Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 comes with 2 GB RAM with 16GB of internal memory. Its also expandable up to 128 GB by using microSD card. Here again Asus Zenfone 3 scores Little more points due to RAM and internal memory and Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 has better Snapdragon 650. So here is very difficult to find better between both the devices.

Software:

Asus Zenfone 3 runs operating System Android 6.0 as compared to Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 runs operating System Android 5.1. Asus Zenfone 3 use ZenUI 3.0. On the other hand, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 using MIUI 7 user interface. Now it is up to users, which device they want to buy or not, which skin can work better for them.

Camera:

In camera section both phones have the same rating in rear camera because they have similar cameras. Asus Zenfone 3 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 have 16-megapixels Primary Camera with Face Detection, Geo-tagging, autofocus and LED Flash. Coming to the front camera Asus Zenfone 3 has 8 megapixel and Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 has 5-megapixels. So here also up to users which device they want to buy.

Battery and Colors:

Asus Zenfone 3 have a 3000mAh battery capacity whereas Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 packs a 4050 mAh battery with Fast battery charging. Both the phones have a Non Removable Placement of battery. Here, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 is a clear winner.

In colors the Asus Zenfone 3 comes in Sapphire Black, Moonlight White, Shimmer Gold where as Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 offers Silver, Gray, Gold colors. Asus device has more color variants.

Asus Zenfone 3 packs Wifi-802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth-v4.20, GPS, Headphone Jack-3.5mm, FM, and Number of Sim’s – 2, 3G and 4G/ LTE. Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 embeds Wifi-802.11 b/ g/ n/ ac, Bluetooth-v 4.10, GPS, infrared, Headphone Jack-3.5mm, FM, Infrared, and Number of Sim’s – 2 which supports 3G and 4G/ LTE both. So, here is a draw between these devices  but Bluetooth is not similar these two devices.

Sensors:

Both the devices have same sensors like they have Fingerprint, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, Gyroscope, Compass/ Magnetometer sensor. So, here’s again is a draw between these devices.
