These two phones were released in different years like Zenfone comes in 2016, while second one came in previous year 2015.

On the other hand, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 has little different dimension which are 150.00 x 76.00 x 8.65mm and weighs 164.00 grams from the Asus phone. Here again Asus Zenfone 3 scores Little more points due to RAM and internal memory and Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 has better Snapdragon 650. So here is very difficult to find better between both the devices.

Asus Zenfone 3 runs operating System Android 6.0 as compared to Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 runs operating System Android 5.1. Asus Zenfone 3 use ZenUI 3.0.
