Moto G4 runs on Nearly Vanilla Android 6.0 Marshmallow.WHile Redmi Comes packed with Android 5.1 which is upgradable to Android 6.0.1 in some areas. It runs on MIUI 7, which is UI from Xiaomi for their devices.
Camerwise, Xiaomi Redmi 3 is little ahead of the Moto G 4th Generation. Redmi Note 3 is packed with 16 MP camera and later is packed with 13 MP camera on the rear.
Coming onto battery, Moto consists 3000mAh Li-Ion (Lithium Ion) battery and Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 powerhouse is packed with 4000 mAh battery. Xiaomi Redmi 3 also have Quick Charge 3.0 which can charge your battery in half a time than it takes to change 4000mAh battery.
