As spotted on Github, They have merged the 5X device trees from the AOSP 7.0 release branch into staging/cm-14.0.

Just couple of hours ago, Google published the firmware of Android 7.0 on its developers site for compatible Nexus devices. They have also published OTA zip of the newest version of Android to let users install if they want.

Many users are waiting for CM14 support for their devices. But we can’t say anything before official announcement of the CM 14 launch.
