The smartphone is available only in one variant, i.e., 6GB RAM with 128GB onboard storage. Furthermore, it can be expandable via a microSDXC card. The LG G8X is powered by an Octa-core processor based on Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 (7 nm) Chipset and Adreno 640 GPU.

In terms of camera, the device sports a 12-MP + 13-MP dual rear camera and a 32-MP single front-facing camera. The device runs Android 9 out of the box and houses with a 4000 mAh battery coupled with 21W Fast charging, USB Power Delivery 2.0, Wireless charging 9W, and Quick Charge 4.0 support. The device also has an In-display fingerprint scanner. In connectivity options, there’s Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, USB Type-C, NDC etc.
