Xiaomi launched the Mi Mix 2 in India last month at Rs.35,999. Though Xiaomi already held two sales for this bezel less wonder, they were actually the preview sales. The regular sale of the Mi Mix 2 will commence from November 7 as listed by Flipkart – the online exclusive partner. Get ready for the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 sale next week!
To recall, Xiaomi announced the Mi Mix 2 with three storage configurations in their home country China. But, they only brought the 128GB storage variant to India. The device packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 and comes with 6GB of RAM. It sports a 5.9 inches FHD+ 18:9 display on the front and a 5 MP camera below it. The fingerprint reader is present at the back as the whole front packs screen. The back also consists of a single 12 MP primary camera with 4 – axis OIS.
The frame of the Mi Mix 2 is made up of Aluminium alloy, whereas the rear part is a four sided curved ceramic. Also the rear camera has a 18K PVD gold coated rim. For software, the Mix 2 runs on MIUI 8 based on Android Nougat which will be updated to MIUI 9 starting mid – November. Sadly, there is no headphone jack, water resistance and microSD card support. But, it holds 3,400 mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 3.0 .
As mentioned earlier, the first regular sale of the Mix 2 will start from 7th November available via Flipkart and Mi.com. Its commencement time is 12PM IST sharp, so if you want this device, be quick as Xiaomi phones get out of stock in seconds.
