Samsung announced the Galaxy Note Edge at the IFA event, earlier this month. And now according to a Samsung official, the Note Edge would be treated as a Limited edition concept.
And in other words, it means that this device will be a forever niche smartphone. And Samsung would manufacturing the device pretty slowly, and would not be released in too many places for the start. Also it will be launched one by one, in the countries. Samsung has only planned to sell only 1 million of these devices this year.
Also the Note Edge is going to be quite expensive, as it is another class. it is more likely the successor to the Galaxy Round, rather than being a variant of the Galaxy Note 4. In South Korea, the Note Edge will released in late October, while in other countries the device will be only made available in November. And it would be only reach almost every region by 2015.
