Google Calendar has received a new update and it is now live in India. Google Calendar has given an option to integrate the Google Fit Data. It will allow users to track their fitness goals in calendar.



Now Google Calendar allows you to set fitness goals. Even it further translates those goals into frequency at which you can meet those goals. Example, to loose this much weight you need to do treadmill twice a week or something like this. These features are around since April, but integration was missing.

Now, Google has added integration with Google Fit and Apple Health to help you mark your progress. It will helps to integrate the data from both the apps to calendar or vice versa.

You can have this feature by just updating your App from the Play Store.
