As per the information reported by a Source(a well-known Media source) the latest version of Google Chrome possess this feature and is currently available for Apple Mac.

Google Chrome Canary v67.0.3389.0 for Mac system has support for Emojis. However, the user has to enable it by himself. If you own an Apple system then you are fortunate as at present it is not available on any other platforms like Windows, Chrome OS, etc.
