The information suggested by the source reveals a number of factors about the app. Google Pay already supports paying for the tickets of buses, trains, etc. As disclosed by the teardown one will soon be able to travel in an airplane using the Google Pay. After analyzing the texts and layout present in the app we can say that soon a person will be able to save boarding passes for the flights in Google Pay.

We are claiming this because there are labels of the terminal, flight numbers, gate numbers, seats, departure time, boarding group in the app. One big advantage of storing boarding passes in digital form is that you can view the status of your flight on the go. Google is also planning to add a notification in the app which will give you the instructions that where to use barcode or where NFC terminal is.

The app will also allow a user to store event tickets in Google Pay’s digital memory. As revealed by Android Police there are labels for the row, seat, section which are enough to support this fact. That digital ticket will house date and time labeling along with a barcode which will further enable you to get an entry in a sports or some other event. You should keep in mind that all above revelations are based on the teardown and are not official.
