Google Pixel 3 Lite XL leaks for the very first time

Last month, we got to see the first look of Google Pixel 3 Lite followed by additional images a week later. And now, out of nowhere, Google Pixel 3 Lite XL leaks for the very first time. Google should really work on naming their phones (lite XL, seriously?).

These 3D CAD renders of Google Pixel 3 Lite XL are courtesy of the popular leaker @OnLeaks. In case you don’t remember, he was also responsible for the renders of Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL earlier this year.

Now coming to the design of the newly leaked Pixel 3 Lite XL, it does not feature notch like the Pixel 3 XL (ugliest notch ever). Other than that, the Lite XL is similar to the regular Lite model. It also does not come with stereo speakers and dual front cameras like the Pixel 3 phones but does sport a headphone jack. The same goes for the regular Lite model.

The Pixel 3 Lite XL measures 160 x 76.1mm, whereas the regular model measures 151.3 x 70.1 mm. The Lite XL’s display is expected to be around 6 inches whereas the regular Lite touts a 5.56-inch panel as leaked earlier. Both will be of FHD+ resolution and 18:5:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 powers the Pixel 3 Lite. The same is expected for the Lite XL, but it could be swapped for the Snapdragon 710 as leaked earlier this year.

As for storage, the leaked Pixel 3 Lite had 32GB ROM and 4GB RAM. However, it might also come in 64GB variant as well. There’s no information for Pixel 3 Lite XL, but it could be the same. For optics, the Lite XL could feature the same 12MP rear shooter and an 8MP front snapper as the regular Lite model. But, the Pixel 3 Lite XL may have a larger battery than the 2,915 mAh battery of the regular Lite model. Last but not least, both will definitely run on Android Pie out of the box.

There’s no information regarding the launch date yet, but it could be announced soon. Are you excited for the Google Pixel 3 Lite duo? Then, don’t forget to express your views below.
