Google Play Launch makes Tons of Top Apps Drop to $0.49

Google just launched what I can only describe as a HUGE sale on just about everything. To celebrate the launch of Google Play, the united app, movies, music, and book store from Google, several Android apps have been put on sale.

Along with the “7 Days to Play” promotion, Google has slashed the price on a selection of games and applications including popular titles Shadowgun, Osmos HD, Sprinkle, and World of Goo. Each is now priced at a bargain $0.49 for a limited time. Here’s a link (limited to certain countries only, sorry guys). So far, the included apps are:

  • World of Goo
  • Jamie’s 20 Minute Meals
  • Shadowgun
  • Osmos HD
  • TuneIn Radio Pro
  • I Just Forgot – Little Critter
  • Sprinkle
  • Need for Speed Hot Pursuit
  • Asphalt 6: Adrenaline
  • Dead Space
  • Business Calendar
  • SoundHound

You really can’t beat that. I think I’m beginning to like this whole Google Play thing after all. Hit up the link below to access all the deals. Google’s also offering $0.25 songs, Double Play deals on albums and more. Seriously you need to head to Google Play right now by clicking here.
