At the Mobile World congress, HMD after having a successful 2017 announces 5 new smartphones for 2018. The phones are Nokia Sirocco, Nokia 7 Plus, new Nokia 6, Nokia 1 and Nokia 8810 reloaded. however, the Finnish smartphone giant sold about 70 million smartphones in 2017.
All the 5 smartphones have some new interesting features. This gives an hint that the smartphone giant is set to have an awesome 2018 too.
Nokia 8 Sirocco
The Nokia 8 Sirocco, has a 5.5 inch display, with a 18:9 OLED screen.The device will be part of Android one program which means it will get new Google Android updates. For now the device will run on Android 8.0 Oreo.
The phone pairs with 6GB RAM and 128 GB storage. Coming to camera section, it packs with Dual rear camera of 12MP+13MP and a front 5MP selfie shooter gives this device an edge on most other smartphones. The phone is backed up by the 3,260 mAh battery and the Quickcharge 4.0. At last the Nokia 8 Sirocco will be available for sale in selected markets at a price of €749 (i.e. $920).
Nokia 7 Plus
The next in line is Nokia 7 Plus. The phone has a display size of 6 inch and is Full HD+. Nokia 7 Plus powers with Qualcomm Snapdragon 660. Phone pairs with 4GB RAM and internal storage of 64GB. The device will run on latest Android 8.0 Oreo and is also part of Android One program.
It is backed up by the 3,800 mAh and despite such a powerful hardware. The battery will last for about 14 hrs. Nokia 7 Plus packs with Dual rear camera of 12MP + 13MP and front 16MP makes it ideal for shooting some high quality pictures. The device will be available for sale in April and at a price of €399 ($490).
Nokia 6
Nokia 6 will be available with a full HD display size of 5.5 inch. Along with that the device will be available in 2 variants i.e. one with 3GB RAM and storage of 32GB and other with 4GB RAM and storage of 64GB. Both the variants will also have the option of expanding the memory upto 128GB via microSD card.
The phone run on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box and packs with 3,000 mAh battery which charges about 50% in just 30 minutes. The device has a rear camera of 16MP and a 8MP front camera. The 3GB variant will be available at a price of €279 ($343) and we will update you about the other variant soon.
Nokia 1
The next one is Nokia 1 with Android GO. Well, this one is for those who use it just for normal use. Nokia 1 has a 4.5 inch screen size and will have a battery of 2,150 mAh. Phone is powered with MediaTek MT6737M processor, pairs with 1GB RAM and internal storage of 8GB. Though you guys have the option of expanding the memory upto 128 GB via microSD card.
Nokia 1 runs on Android 8.0 Oreo (Go edition). The price of the device is set to be around €79 ($85).
Nokia 8810 Reloaded
Nokia 8810 reloaded is the latest one of the Nokia 3310 which was launched last year. This is for the one who love the classic model as it is like the older phones, But with latest features. It is a ‘candy bar’ slider phone and well, it also has 4G connectivity. The phone pairs with a 512GB RAM and internal storage of 4GB which can be expanded. The rear camera id 2MP and 1,500 mAh battery i.e. 25 days lasting.
The device will also have some pre-loaded apps and will be available at a price of around  $100.
