Huawei Y9 specs include huge battery with Kirin 659


Huawei, a big Chinese giant has announced their new smartphone for the Thailand region and it is known as the Huawei Y9(2018). The device shares some of its specs with the existing Honor 7X and Honor 9 Lite. No other information is there about the global launch of the device, so without wasting any time let’s jump to the specifications related figures of the device.

Huawei Y9(2018) comes powered by their homegrown Hi-Silicon Kirin 659(64 bit) Octa-Core processor coupled with 3GB of RAM along with a Mali-T830 MP2 GPU for Gaming. It offers 32GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 256GB’s via micro-SD card. This handset sports a 5.93(inch) Full HD+ 18:9 ratio Display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. In the Camera segment, the handset features a 13MP+2MP Dual-Camera setup in the rear with PDAF, LED Flash and in the front, a 16MP+2MP Dual selfie shooter is present. This device can take portrait shots as well which has become a trend these days.

No revolutionary stuff has been introduced with this device instead of the enormous 4000mAh battery. The device runs on the latest EMUI 8.0 based on the Android 8.0 Oreo. The price details have not been specified clearly yet though it is being made available in several color options including Gold, Blue, and Black. According to rumors the device will be made available in multiple countries and will go on sale for around 200 Euros($246).
