Instagram Finally Coming to Android


Instagram, the popular photo-filtering and sharing app, is on its way to Google’s mobile operating system. Month ago, we posted same news but this time its really Soon.

Today at SXSW, Instagram’s Kevin Systrom whipped out a Galaxy Nexus running a beta of the app. While on stage, he showed it to a crowd saying, “It’s one of the most amazing Android apps you’ll ever see.” He went on to say, “In some ways, it’s better than our iPhone app.”

Instagram is already become a popular iOS app, but the fact is Android is currently lead the market. Google stated that there’s more than 300,000 android handsets were activated each days. That’s lot of numbers and Instagram for Android could even make the app double it’s popularity.
