Intel today confirmed that they are working really hard to port Jelly Bean on Atom Chips. Currently they are running Gingerbread on existing phones which run on Atom Chips. There’s no time given when it would come but company’s spokesperson confirmed this news:

Intel continues to work closely with Google to enable future versions of Android, including Jelly Bean, on our family of low power Atom processors

By the way Intel is currently focusing more on Windows to run Atom Chips on Windows * tablets and phones. But we are thanking them for atleast trying to port Jelly Bean on Atom Chips.
