Leaked: HTC One X Press Shot

Now we have our first press shot of the HTC One X, courtesy of the guys over at Pocket Now, and the device is reported to come with a quad core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor. You may recognize the phone from an early leak (back when it was still going by codenames HTC Edge and Endeavor), but our latest look has all the touches of a handset ready for its debut at Mobile World Congress. It’s switched to just three capacitive buttons, the better to jive with Ice Cream Sandwich’s new simplified navigation scheme. HTC seems to be totally avoiding Galaxy Nexus-style virtual navigation buttons on all its new models, at least for the first half of 2012. The device is also reported top come with an 8 megapixel camera which will be able to record full high definition video in 1080p and will also feature a front facing 1.3 megapixel camera.

  • HTC has got to ditch sense… ICS roms compared sense 4.0 500+ MB ICS AOSP 110MB, that means HTC is adding about 400MB worth of bloat, NOT INCLUDING bloatware apps, that’s just visual/theme bloat. ICS is the first android version i’ve liked without theming of any kind. HTC should recognize that sense over top of it, and stuff like their SMS app, contacts app, music app, icons, all of sense negates the benefits of ICS entirely. sense 4.0 is useless over ICS because it destroys what makes ICS great.
