As all of us here know, Apple unveiled the Apple watch along with the two variants of the iPhone 6 at an event yesterday which has created quite a lot of fuss. Looks like LG does not want to see that happening. the Korean smartphone manufacturer has moved in less than a day in response to the launch of the Apple Watch.
We say so because LG has slashed the prices of it Android Wear smartwatch, the G Watch. The G Watch, which was earlier priced for $229 can now be yours for just $179. Thats a $50 dollar discount. If you were planning to buy an Android Wear based smartwatch for some time, this is your chance.
But you might want to move fast as the discount is only valid till September 23rd and we don’t think the stocks are going to last that long as the G Watch is the cheapest Android Wear based smartwatch out there. Its competitors the Samsung Gear Live and the Motorola Moto 360 are priced at $199 and $249 respectively.
