LG G5 Starts Getting Android 7.0 Nougat Via Preview Program

After Sony now LG starts Testing Android 7.0 Nougat before its Official Release. The Preview program is available on LG U+ carrier network in South Korea. According to reports LG’s plan is to test this preview build with 2000 LG G5 users on a first come, first-served basis.

android 7.0 preview programUsers who want to test the early version of Android 7.0 Nougat will have to download the OS preview app of LG in the Google Play Store. After installing the app on your phone follow the steps there. As you this is a beta of the Android 7.0 nougat which is not released officially yet. So, there will be some bugs and all the features of the phone might not work as they currently are working on the stable Marshmallow.

Although the company did not give any information regarding whether this software preview program will be made available to users of LG G5 outside the Korea. With this preview we assume that the LG G5 will get Android 7.0 Nougat very soon after its official release.
