Recently we have published a story describing details about the leaked renders of the forthcoming LG G7 ThinkQ. Today some new information has arrived about the device and this time reveals about the internals of the handset. LG G7 ThinQ will offer some serious potential as it is using a flagship Qualcomm SoC. The device got benchmarked and its rough scores are enough to tell us about its performance. So without making any further delay let’s get to the facts.

lg g7 thinq appears in geekbench listings, packs mighty power under the hood

The device has just appeared in the listing of a well-known platform called Geekbench. When it comes to scores, it just blows up with the Multi-Core score of 8979 and a reputable 2312 in Single-Core. In case you want a quick score comparison of the earlier launched LG V30 then you can check them by heading to the official Geekbench website. LG V30 is a quite good handset in terms of performance but after analyzing the scores we can say that LG G7 ThinQ can easily outshine it.

As revealed it comes powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845(64 bit) Octa-Core processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. This specific chip is based on a 10nm manufacturing process due to which you can expect crazy performance and an appreciable battery life at the same time. No information is there about the production of the 6GB RAM variant, however, we are expecting it to arrive as other competitors like Samsung, OnePlus are offering it too. The device will house a 6.1(inch) QHD+ OLED Display with a notch being the key attraction here. As covered in our previous write-up LG G7 ThinQ will probably be the first handset to house a dedicated button for triggering Google Assistant.

Due to increased competition, LG may offer portrait mode with this handset as a majority of users have complained about it in the previous LG V30 handset. For further information, we have to rely on its official launch i-e 2nd May.
