LG Nexus 4 New Image And Specs Leaked

Today we have some info regarding Nexus 4 again from Eveleaks. Today they revealed a few minor, yet previously unknown specs, along with a new photo of the device’s front face.

The Nexus 4 will feature a 4.7-inch 1280×768 display, 1.5GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, 8GB or 16GB of storage, 8-megapixel rear and 1.9-megapixel front cameras and a 2,100mAh battery, all packed into a body that measures 9.1mm thick. LG’s Nexus 4 will apparently come with two storage options instead of just one. It appears that it will arrive with both 8GB and 16GB models and we imagine that the 8GB model will be extremely cheap.

On software, evleaks reports Android “JellyBeanMR1” as being loaded onto the device — that’s the same numberless version we’ve seen floating around on other prototypes. The Nexus leaks will probably keep on rolling between now and then so it’s a good idea to check back every day to make sure you’re synced up with all the latest going on throughout these exciting times. So now eyes are on October 29th Android event.

  1. Interesting having a higher than 720p screen, I’m sure it’s just to increase the pixel density on a comfortably large screen size (as opposed to the Galaxy Note II, which added .2″ but kept the 720p resolution, thus lowering the px density). Also of note from the backing, there is a spot where it looks like an external micro-sd should slide, but it’s covered up (and probably operates as the device’s primary storage. I wonder if it could be cut open and upgraded.

    • about the micro SD slot I was thinking the exact same thing I think it’s inexcusable that Google is actually forcefully chipping away at a stand alone option for the user to use external storage it cost them nothing to add this to the phone
