Micromax has proven out to be a good smartphone manufacturer keeping in mind the feature rich low budget phones it has been shelling out. And a new addition to this series of quality handsets is the Micromax Canvas Elanza 2 that has recently been made official in the Indian smartphone market.
The Indian smartphone manufacturer is shelling out the 5″ smartphone with a 1.2GHz quad-core processor along 1GB RAM. The 1280X720 ppi resolution display along with an 8MP camera on the back with a 2MP camera on the front seem quite good. The up gradation from Android Jellybean 4.2 from its predecessor Elanza to Jelly bean 4.3 in Elanza 2 is not a big boost, keeping in mind that most devices these days run on Android KitKat 4.4.2. But nevertheless, the up-gradation however small will boost the performance.
The device has 4GB internal storage which again is not much and the memory available for apps is limited to 2.23GB. But the device has an external microSD card slot which can expand your memory up to 32GB. Â The device has a luxurious touch to it with the back panel covered entirely in black leather.
The device is currently available online for 9340 Rs. which is not a bad deal.
