Moto G GPE Getting Android 5.1 Lollipop Update

Moto G Google Play Edition is now getting Android 5.1 Update and is also available for download if you want to flash it manually. Moto G has already received the Android 5.0 Lollipop in Many Countries including India, Brazil and the U.S.

The software update to Android 5.1 for Moto G Google Play edition has started to reach some users. Additionally, to let you know, the Motorola Moto G Google Play Edition was discontinued early this year, the company hasn’t forgotten about the phone.

Technically, The build is LMY47M and the OTA clocks in at a fairly hefty 171 MB. It includes around 14000 bug fixes along with multiple SIM card support, HD voice calls, and Device Protection feature.
