HMD Global today launches its Nokia 6.1 Plus and Nokia 5.1 Plus phones in India. Few months back HMD launched both the phones as Nokia 6X and Nokia 5X in China. In India Nokia 6.1 Plus is priced at ₹15,999, you can buy this phone from Nokia’s official website or on Flipkart from 30th August 2018. Whereas Nokia 5.1 Plus will go on sale in coming weeks.
Nokia 6.1 Plus features a 5.8-inch full-HD+ (1080×2280 pixels) with 19:9 aspect ratio. It is powered with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 636 and pairs with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal storage. The storage can be upgradable upto 256 Via hybrid SD card slot. Nokia 6.1 Plus packs with dual camera setup with 16-megapixel with f/2.0 aperture +5 MP primary camera and 16-megapixel with f/2.0 aperture front camera. The phone backs up by the 3,060mAh battery with Quick charge 3.0. Nokia 6.1 Plus runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.
Coming to the Nokia 5.1 Plus features a 5.86-inch display HD+ resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19:9. It powers with MediaTek Helio P60 SoC and pairs with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB internal storage which can be expandable via hybrid SD card slot. The phone packs with dual cameras at the back with 13 MP + 5 MP and 8 MP camera in front for selfies. Nokia 5.1 PLus is also backed up by the 3060 mAh battery with Quick charge 3.0. Nokia 5.1 Plus also runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.
Both these phones will be the first ones to get ANdroid pie update in the future. As we stated above Nokia 6.1 Plus will go on sale from 30th August 2018. The color variants of the Nokia 6.1 Plus and Nokia 5.1 Plus are Midnight Blue, Gloss White and Gloss Black.
