OnePlus has always given a space for the 3.5 mm audio jack, but this time for OnePlus 6T, it seems to have parted ways with it. As per the recent TPU case leaks from the chinese source, it appears that OnePlus is finally saying goodbye to the headphone jack. Recently, OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei also confirmed that the OP 6T won’t carry the headphone jack.
Instead, OnePlus will be provided with the Type-C bundles earphones along with the OnePlus 6T. Further, as per the new OnePlus 6T TPU case leak, it seems that it bring power button and profile slider on the right side of the device. While the volume rocker will be on the left side of the device. Further, there seems to be a horizontal camera fitting with a LED flash under the camera setup. As like always, speakers will be placed on the bottom side of the device.
As per the recent leaks, it is suggested that OnePlus 6T will carry waterdrop notch as like of Oppo R17. Further, there will will AMOLED display with Snapdragon 845 on board. It will come in 6GB + 8GB RAM variants having 64 GB and 128/256 GB internal storage respectively. OnePlus is also going to embed an in-screen fingerprint scanner on OnePlus 6T.
It will make debut with newly designed package box on October 15th, earlier than the OnePlus 5T launch date, which launched in the month of November. The pricing will around $550 or (INR 35000) for 6GB RAM variant.
