It loos like LG has decided to skip on the LG G3 Prime altogether and just decided to bring it out in the market without anybody noticing it. We say so because we have confirmed news about the LG G3 Cat.6 which is rumored to be the LG G3 Prime being listed on an Online Korean Mall. The device was spotted at Bluetooth SIG last week receiving its bluetooth certification and is in news as it boasts of the powerful Snapdragon 805 chipset, which places this device right next to Samsung Galaxy S5 LTE-A.
The G3 Prime ( G3 Cat.6) is currently the only device from LG to don the Snapdragon 805 while the G3 is powered by Snapdragon 801. G3 Prime had been in the news for some time now and it comes out as an answer to Samsung’s Galaxy S5 LTE-A.
The promo image does not depict much other than the enhance connectivity speed. Other than that, the G3 Prime is pretty much the same as its predecessor, the G3. But that does not mean it does not have anything good, it’ll still boast of a 13 MP camera, 5.5″ HD display and razor thin bezels to name a few.
This does not sum up LG’s plans, as there are two more devices LG has in store reportedly the LG G3 Beat and LG G3 Mini both of which are smaller versions of the G3.
